Nutricentials Day Duo

The duo set from the Nutricentials range is the best combo skincare for all skin types, whether you have dry skin, oily, acne-prone skin. These two products are always in my skincare routine.

Regardless of our skin type, we need to do our exfoliant scrub 2-3 times a week to scrub away all the dead skin cells and other impurities that may clog our pores and cause breakouts over time.

Our skin needs hydration all the time to maintain healthy, glowy skin. Again, even if you have oily and acne-prone skin, we still need to keep our skin hydrated to prevent fine lines and wrinkles. Most of all, sometimes having oily skin because of sebaceous glands produces extra oil on the skin because our skin is not getting enough hydration.

Why do I like this exfoliant scrub?

I’ve started using this exfoliant scrub back in 2019. It’s a gentle and effective facial scrub with light, sweet and refreshingly smells. The beads of the Nutrienctials scrub are extremely fine, and the scrub itself is mild. It won’t damage our skin when we use the scrub to exfoliate our skin. My skin gets sensitive from time to time, which makes it difficult for me to exfoliate my skin to avoid buildups and breakouts. Nutricentials scrub doesn’t cause any skin irritation or strip away the natural skin moisture even my skin it’s in its sensitive condition.

The product texture is another fact that I need to make a compliment. I would describe the texture of the exfoliant scrub as ‘perfect’. The combination of the cleansing lotion and the beads are at the perfect ratio, in a consistent thickness.

The benefits:

• Made with bioadaptive botanicals that help your skin adapt to its environment.
• A clean formula with worry-free ingredients you can feel good about putting on your skin.
• Gently, thoroughly, and evenly exfoliates skin’ s surface.
• Removes pore-blocking elements, leaving you with a smooth, glowing complexion.
• Calms, refreshes, softens, smooths, and leaves skin looking brighter.
• Pomegranate Enzymes break down the “glue” that holds dead skin cells to the skin’ s surface.
• Helps protect your skin against the effects of pollution and harmful free radicals by sloughing off dead skin cells, reducing the amount of polluting particles on the skin.
• Scrubs away the visible effects of stress and pollution on your skin

Nutricentials Spa Day- Creamy Hydrating Masque

This creamy hydrating mask is always my favourite hydrating mask. From my review, I find this creamy mask extremely hydrating, and yet it feels light on the skin. It’s suitable for all skin types, even oily and acne-prone skin.

This creamy mask is made with cactus and pine extract to assist with hydrating and maintaining dewy skin. It’s made with worry-free formula, to reduce any ingredient that may harm our skin and the environment.

I use this creamy hydrating mask in a combo with other products, my DIY breakouts rescue remedy. I find it nourishing and refreshing, and when I get breakouts, I use products that contain salicylic acid to assist with reducing acne and prevent further breakouts. Salicylic acid can cause skin dryness, so I would use this creamy mask regularly to reduce the over dryness and nourish the skin. My Acne Attacked Me Again!

The benefits:

• Made with bioadaptive botanicals that help your skin adapt to its environment.
